Oatmeal is in fact one of the most benefitial ingredients we eat regularly, and it has a really good taste, but maybe you are tired of the regular oatmeal and milk combo, so are you ready to learn how to use it in new different ways?


4 oatmeal recipes to change your breakfast

1. Oatmeal, banana and chocolate cookies

To start of you will need:

  1. 200g oatmeal
  2. 2 tbspoons honey
  3. 2 ripped bananas
  4. chocolate sparkles of your choice

The preparation is really simple. You have to crush the bananas into a bowl, until you have a dense mixture, add the honey and oatmeal and mix until it is all well mixed, and finally, put aluminium paper on the tray before putting them in the oven for 20 minutes!

2. Oatmeal overnight

For this one you will need:

  1. 4 tbspoons oatmeal
  2. 100ml milk
  3. greek or regular yogurt
  4. toppings of your preference

This one is a delight for those that crave something sweet at the morning or throughout the day! And it’s so simple even a baby coul do it.

To make it, just grab a glass or a cup and put the oatmeal in first. Then add different layers of ingredients, milk, yogurt, and finally your toppings. A great combination would be banana and nuts or different berries.

3. Oatmeal & berries smoothie

To make this you will need:

  1. 200ml oatmeal milk
  2. 2tbspoons oatmeal
  3. A big frozen banana
  4. A handful of frozen berries
  5. An optional tbspoon of chia seeds

If you are like me, you like to start off the day with something cold and energizing. Well you’ve come the right place! To make this smoothie it is not different than most of regular smoothies. You put the milk in the blender and then the rest of ingredients. Blend it together until it’s well mixed, and if you want it even colder you can put it in the fridge for an hour!
